• Papers must be original, unpublished, and not simultaneously submitted to any other journal or conference.
• All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism using the IEEE CrossCheck system or Turnitin software.
• Acceptable similarity index: below 15%.
• Any paper found to violate originality or ethics policies will be immediately rejected.

• Maximum paper length: 6 printed pages including figures, tables, and references.
• Papers exceeding 6 pages will attract additional page charges as per IEEE guidelines.
• Papers must be written in English.

Papers must be formatted according to the IEEE Conference Proceedings template on A4 paper. Download the templates below:

• All papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT submission system.
• Submit your paper in PDF format.
• Ensure the PDF file is compliant with the IEEE PDF submission requirements.
• After notification of acceptance, authors must upload the final camera-ready paper along with the signed copyright form.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
